1. Wash the elbow and tie it tightly with a string.
2. Blanch them in water. Blanch the blood out of the elbow.
3. Blanch the elbow with water to wash off the foam on top.

6. Use chopsticks to pierce it, if it can be pierced, it means the elbow is cooked.
7. Cut off the threads of the cooked elbow, cut it into slices, put it on a plate, top it with salt, chopped green onion, monosodium glutamate, thirteen spices, pour soy sauce on it, and put it into the pot to steam for 10 minutes.
8. After steaming, mix the above seasonings with the elbow meat and you can eat it
