How to cook thick rice porridge
Cooking porridge is a slow job, so you can't wait to know. Follow my steps to ensure that you eat thick white rice porridge.

The first step is to wash rice.

Come to a container, wash our own rice and cook porridge. Half a bowl of rice is enough, not much. After cleaning, soak the rice in the container for a while if you have time, or use it directly if you don't have time.

Step two, boil.

Put the rice in a special pot for the induction cooker, add a little more water, and then adjust the fire power of the induction cooker to high fire 1300 watts (140℃) until the water boils. At this time, be sure to stir with a spoon, or the rice will stick to the bottom of the pot.

Step three, turn the fire down.

When the fire boils for 3-5 minutes, it should be reduced to 400 watts (70-80℃), leaving a small gap in the lid, so as to ensure that the pot will not overflow.

The fourth step is to add alkaline noodles.

It's the alkaline noodles used in our house. Just add a little after 5 minutes of low heat. This is to make the rice porridge thicker.

Step five, turn off the fire after 20 minutes.

Our sticky rice porridge is finished.
