Tools/materials: kitchen knife, chopping board, basin, pot, spatula, potherb mustard, tofu, pork slices, onion, salt, pepper, edible oil, starch, cooking wine, ginger, garlic and water.
1. Wash the pickled wild vegetables and soak them in clear water for 4 hours. Add more salt and soak for a while.
2. After soaking, rinse several times to control the moisture. Cut into small pieces for use.
3. Cut the tofu into small pieces for later use.
4. Slice the meat and add a little salt, pepper, cooking wine and starch 10 minute.
5. Slice the onion, ginger and garlic.
6, put oil in the pot, stir-fry the meat until cooked, add onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
7. Add mustard and continue to stir fry.
8. Add tofu blocks, add hot water without tofu, and cook the wild vegetables until cooked. It tastes delicious without any seasoning.
