How to make cream
The first method,
250 ??grams of fresh cream (Nestle Gold Diamond is good)
100 powdered sugar grams (you can use a mixer to break the sugar)
0.1 liter of whole milk

Mix the fresh cream and milk and beat with a mixer The hard foaming look (the feeling of egg white foaming) is best done in a cool environment. Slowly, the cream mixture will turn into butter. Finally add sugar and essence, and add a little salt.

Second type,
270 grams of butter
3 eggs
120 grams of sugar
