When eating that sauce, take a small bowl, take a proper amount of sauce, and then dilute it with water. It's better when it feels almost the same as outside.
I like to add some sugar and salt to the diluted sauce. If it's not too much trouble, you can also stir-fry the sauce, put a little oil in the pot, put a little white sesame seeds when it's 50% to 60% hot, and then pour the sauce diluted with sugar and salt in and stir-fry. It will taste better.
I feel that this sauce is better when I eat hot rice, but it will be much worse when I eat cold rice.
