New Oriental Culinary School is in Hefei, Anhui Province. New Oriental Culinary Education has been committed to the inheritance of Chinese culinary culture, blending the essence of major national cuisines such as Sichuan, Hunan, Cantonese, Anhui, Lu, Huaiyang, Fujian, Zhejiang and so on.

More than thirty colleges and universities have been established in provincial capitals across the country, training and delivering more than 700,000 culinary talents to the society.
