Ingredients: 250g all-purpose flour, 50g corn starch, 3g baking soda, 3g baking powder, 30g corn oil, 40g water, 100g powdered sugar, 1g salt, 1 egg (about 60g), white sesame seeds Appropriate amount (either raw or cooked).
Steps:
1. Prepare all the materials, mix sugar, oil, salt, eggs and water and stir evenly until the powdered sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda, sift, and pour into the egg liquid.
3. Gently cut and mix until there is no dry powder. Do not knead too much to avoid the dough becoming glutenous and affecting the taste.
4. Roll the dough into a long strip, use a scraper to divide the dough into about 10 grams and roll it into balls.
5. After everything is done, spray some water on the surface of the round dough (if you don’t have a watering can, you can use a brush dipped in water to brush the sesame seeds better.), and then pour the dough into the bowl filled with sesame seeds in several batches. In the bowl, let the sesame seeds stick to the surface of the dough.
6. After heating the oil pan, pour in the small dough. It will start to open in about 20 seconds. Then turn down the heat and fry until you are satisfied with the color.
