The farm mailed me a special corn noodle from the distant city of Wu Chang, Heilongjiang. To be honest, as a southerner, I know the name of Wuchang rice, but I didn't know that cornmeal is a specialty of Wuchang.
Seafood pasta with green sauce is a simple home-cooked dish made with shrimp, spaghetti, olive oil and developed cheese, which is rich in nutrients and suitable for both young and old.
Playing with and trying to cook a few, I found that the cornmeal was not easy to cook soft and found a hard core in the middle of the pasta during the cooking process. The texture of the pasta was strong and crisp. Isn't this very similar to the state of pasta? So I started to try to make Seafood Tortellini with Green Sauce, which is a combination of East and West.
Seafood Tortellini in Green Sauce
Ingredients: Uncle Ya's Farms Gochujang Tortellini, Basil, Garlic, Nuts (I should have used Pine Nuts, but I didn't have any at home, so I substituted peanuts), Olive Oil, Seafood (Any seafood you like will do, this time I used clams, small abalone, and canned tuna) Cheese, Saltpeter, Black Pepper, and Lemon.
Put the olive oil, basil, pine nuts, garlic flakes, salt, and black pepper
In a grinder and beat, add the parmesan cheese powder and mix well
Make a green sauce and set aside.
Cut the cheese into small pieces and set aside. Wash the shrimp and remove the intestines,
put them into boiling water and blanch.
Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water, add the pasta and cook, then remove the pasta from the water and mix with the green sauce, shrimp, olives and developed cheese.
