The steps for making an origami gun are as follows:
1. Take a piece of paper and fold it in half along the longer axis of symmetry.
2. After folding it once, take the long axis and fold it in half.
3. In this way, four layers of paper strips are obtained. Repeat the above folding steps once to obtain two paper strips as shown in the picture.
4. Take one of the pieces and fold it in half along the short axis.
5. Wrap the long strip 1 cm away from the folded position of the short strip.
6. The effect after winding is as shown in the picture below. (There will be some leftover after wrapping the long strip twice, so don’t worry about it.) Fold one end of the short strip back.
7. Put the remaining piece of paper into the gap.
8. Fold the other short strip back as well.
9. Tuck the extra length into the gap.
10. The completed effect is as shown in the picture. Repeat the above steps twice to obtain three basic components.
11. Take another piece of paper and cut the short axis in half as shown in the picture.
12. Repeat the folding method of the above basic parts again to get a small part. This is the part on the pistol, to be precise, it is the gun sight. The effect is shown in the figure.
13. Take two of the three large parts and splice them as shown in the picture.
14. Splice the third component and the first and second components according to the positions shown in the figure. This is the gun body.
15. Take another piece of paper and roll it into a thin cylinder as shown in the picture. This will be the barrel of the gun.
16. Pass the gun barrel through the upper end of the spliced ??gun body. The gun barrel can pass out from the other end, as long as the gun barrel does not loosen.
17. Take another piece of paper and fold it into a long strip according to the first steps, then insert it into the gun handle as shown in the figure, and the insertion length is about one centimeter.
18. Fold the strip back and wrap it around the handle of the gun.
19. Hide the extra note in the crack of the gun handle.
20. Now insert the small part used as the sight into the barrel and move it to the appropriate position. Finally, the extra barrel on the back of the gun can be pinched upward to serve as a safety for the gun. Finish!
