2. Insert the bamboo stick in the root of strawberry and make it look like a lollipop.
3. Put the black and white chocolate into two small bowls respectively, put water into the pot and heat it to about 50 degrees, then put it into the small bowls and heat it until the chocolate is completely melted.
4. Put the strawberries into the melted black and white chocolate and roll around, so that the strawberries are covered with a layer of chocolate.
5. Then insert it into a foam board and let the chocolate solidify slowly.
