Method 1: Fried chicken with bread crumbs.
1, wash the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash 4 boneless chicken breasts and cut them into 2.5-5cm pieces.
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pour 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of pepper into a large bowl. Stir the ingredients and put them together. This will be used as wrapping material for chicken.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Put 2 tablespoons of garlic in the pot, heat and stir for 1-2 minutes. This will provide enough time for creating garlic fragrance.

7. Cook onions and potatoes in a pot for about 5 minutes. Add two quartered red onions and 450g quartered fresh potatoes into the pot and stir them to combine their flavors. Finally, onions should become transparent.
8. Put carrots, chicken soup, lemon juice and oregano into the pot and heat until the chicken soup boils. Put 8 ounces (227 grams) of whole fresh carrots, 1 and 1 2 cups of chicken soup, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice,1tablespoon of chopped oregano leaves into the pot.
9. Put the chicken in the pot again. Put the lid on.
