Ingredients used:
One grass carp, tender tofu, cooking wine, morning glory, salt to taste, soy sauce, soy sauce, ginger, green onion, garlic.
Braised grass carp and tofu practice:
1. First of all, wash the grass carp and cut into pieces, marinate with salt.

8. Then over high heat for 10 minutes, cut the tofu into the pot and slowly stir the tofu and fish.
9. Then cover the pot with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, and finally close the soup over high heat.
