1. Prepare the tip of lotus root, remove the tip and soak it in clear water to avoid sediment in the tube;
2. After cleaning, cut into zigzag shapes with a thickness of 2 cm.
3. Cut half the red pepper and slice the garlic for later use;
4. Slice lean meat, add a little cooking wine and corn starch, mix well, and leave for 15 minutes.
5. After the meat is put for fifteen minutes, put a proper amount of oil in the pot and fry for two minutes. The meat turns white and put aside;
6. Add the right amount of oil, add garlic and red pepper and stir fry a few times;
7. Pour in the lotus root tip and stir fry together for one minute;

9. Add a spoonful of Laoganma, salt, chicken essence and a little water, and let it stand for one or two minutes;
