Exercise 1:
1. Wash Hippophae rhamnoides and drain for later use.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and set them aside evenly.
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the beaten eggs after boiling, and add seabuckthorn when the eggs are scattered into egg flowers.
4. After boiling for 5 minutes, add rock sugar.
You can drink it in five or five minutes.
Exercise 2:
working methods
1) Cut bacon, onion, carrot, celery, cabbage and potato into dices with the same size;
2) Cut the green part of fresh garlic, cut it in half, rinse and cut it into strips. Garlic is pressed into garlic paste;
3) all spices are wrapped with gauze after removing stems, and the bag mouth is tied tightly with thread to form a spice bag;
4) Stir-fry diced bacon in the pan until brown and oily, add diced onion and stir-fry until transparent, then add all diced vegetables except potatoes in 1), continue to stir-fry over high fire for about 2 minutes, and add diced earth and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
5) Add garlic, stir-fry for a few times, then add tomato sauce and tomato, stir-fry evenly, then add broth, after boiling with strong fire, add kidney beans and spice bags, and simmer for about 40 minutes;
6) Add cheese powder when eating, stir well, add shredded coriander and spinach leaves, and season with salt and black pepper.
