Jie Jie Chicken Stew
Ingredients: half chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, green onion
Sauce: two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, One spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoons of starch, stir evenly
Method:
Step 1: Cut half a chicken into pieces, pour in the sauce, and marinate for 20 minutes
Step 2: Heat a little oil, put the chicken into the pot, fry until golden brown, turn over and fry the other side, remove and set aside
Step 3: Slice half an onion , cut the ginger into cubes, cut the green onions into sections, and prepare the garlic. Pour the oil used to fry the chicken into the casserole. Pour the onions, garlic, ginger, and green onion sections into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Spread plenty of chicken pieces on top and cover. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
Step 4: Open the cover, turn the chicken over, mix the vegetables below evenly, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes
