Practice:
1, Slice Smilax glabra, wash tortoises, cut into large pieces, cut lean meat into pieces, peel and slice ginger.

3. Put Smilax glabra, tortoises, red dates, lean meat and ginger into the earthenware pot, add clear soup, Shaoxing wine and pepper, cover and simmer for 3 hours.
4. Season with salt and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Second, turtle mutton soup
Ingredients: 500g of clean mutton and turtle meat respectively, medicine package (Codonopsis pilosula 1 0g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Aconiti Lateralis, 5g each)1each, Fructus Lycii10g, ginger slice 20g, onion knot and crystal sugar15g, and Shaoxing wine 50g.
Practice:
1, put the turtle meat into the boiling water pot and take it out, tear off the black film on the surface and wash it. Then put the mutton and turtle meat together in the pot, boil them, remove them and wash them, and cut them into pieces about 2.5 cm square.
2. Heat the lard in the pot, stir-fry the mutton and turtle meat until the water is dry. Boil Shao wine and stir fry.
3. Add water to the casserole, add the medicine bag and cook for about 10 minute, add the mutton, turtle meat, onion, ginger and rock sugar, and boil until cooked. Remove the onion and ginger, add the wolfberry fruit, refined salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper and serve.
