2, method two:
Ingredients: duck meat half, green chili 3, 1 can of beer, icing sugar 1 small piece, 3 slices of ginger, 2 red chili peppers, 1 star anise, 1 slice of cinnamon, 1 slice of coriander, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tsp of pepper, oil and salt in moderation.
