The practice of Sijunzi decoction

Cooking soup with meat:

1. Preparation materials: Radix Codonopsis 10g, Poria cocos 10g, fried atractylodes 10g, and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 10g.

2. Wash the silk-like medicinal materials slightly and put them in the medicine bag.

3. After scalding the mutton, wash it with clear water, put it in a casserole, and add enough clear water, onion, ginger, yellow wine and small medicine bags. Cook for about 5 hours until the mutton is soft and rotten, and finally add salt and pepper before taking out the pot.
