Ingredients
Fine Rice Flour 40g
Flour 15g
20 slices of Pork or Old Bacon
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Chili Powder
Salt in moderation
Pinch of Monosodium Glutamate
Methods
1. Slice the Pork into about five mm or so thick slices.
2. Mix all the powders and add some water to make a paste.
3. Put a few drops of oil in a pan, and when the pan is hot, roll the slices of meat in the paste and fry them.
4. Fry for a minute, then turn over and continue to fry, see the meat began to oil to turn a little more diligently do not fry.
