1. Ingredients: 200g zucchini, 150g flour, 1 egg, 3g salt, 3g thirteen spices, 5ml oil.
2. Pour the flour, eggs, salt and thirteen spices into the basin one after another, add water and stir clockwise until there are no obvious dough lumps.
3. Wash and grate the zucchini, chop it slightly, and put it on a plate for later use.
4. Pour the zucchini into the mixed noodles and continue to stir evenly.
5. Rub a layer of oil on the electric baking pan. If there is no oil cloth, cut a piece of radish instead.
6. When your hand is close to the electric baking pan and you feel the temperature, you can scoop a spoonful of batter into the center of the electric baking pan.
7. Quickly spread the batter evenly over the entire disc with a flat wooden spatula.
8. After about 3 minutes, the upper layer has been baked from white to light yellow, and the lower layer has been baked to golden brown. Turn the zucchini cake over, and wait until the other side is also baked to golden brown. Remove from the pan.
