Steps
1. Cut duck blood into long strips
2. Pleurotus eryngii Cut into long strips
3. Cut coriander, red pepper into sections, and shred green onions
4. Make a sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken essence and set aside
5. Boil water in a pot, add duck blood to blanch water
6. Add king oyster mushrooms to blanch water
7. Take them out
8. Heat the wok oil, add shredded green onions and saute until fragrant, pour in the prepared sauce

1. Blanch duck blood and king oyster mushrooms in advance to remove impurities inside.
