Wash the jujubes and steam or boil them in a stainless steel pot. Do not cook them in an iron pot.

Sweet potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree.
Stir with chopsticks to get the meat out
Put the sugar, sweet potatoes, and jujube meat together and stir them evenly. I used a bread machine to stir them. Then pour it onto a plate and flatten it with a spatula, and expose it to the sun for 2 or 3 days. After drying, you can cut it into pieces according to your preference or roll it into a peel.
