1. Add salt, sugar and a tablespoon of water to the ketchup and mix it into a sauce and set aside, about half of a small bowl after mixing
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a small spoonful of water
3. Beat them well in one direction
4. Pour in a frying pan with a good amount of oil and heat it until it's 7/8ths of a second hot, then slowly pour in the egg mixture from a height of 30 centimeters
5. Gently shake the wok to distribute the egg mixture evenly and spread it out with chopsticks
6. Use chopsticks to spread the eggs out and scramble them until all the egg mixture has just solidified
7. At this point, drizzle in the tomato sauce along the sides of the wok
8. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onion to decorate it
