Chicken stewed with bird's nest

Ingredients: half a tael of purple swallow bird's nest, one snow pear, ten water chestnuts, one penny of Sichuan clam, four bowls of water, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Preparation method: Stew the above ingredients

(except Sichuan clams)

for one to three hours, then add Sichuan clams and simmer for five minutes.
