Steps:
1. Slice tenderloin. Two scoops of soy sauce, one scoop of oyster sauce, half a scoop of soy sauce and one scoop of starch? Stir and marinate evenly 15 minutes.
2. Don't pour oil in the pot, stir-fry the peppers for about a minute (except raw peppers, the meat can be tender and not firewood).
3. Pour the oil into the pot, stir-fry the meat slices until they change color, stir-fry the minced garlic and pour in the pepper.
4. Add a little salt. Stir-fry a spoonful of soy sauce until the pepper stops growing.
