Storing litchi in a cool place is also a relatively simple method. First of all, we need to treat fresh litchi, remove branches and leaves, remove rotten fruits such as cracked fruits, fish litchi out with leaking sugar water, clean it with cold water, find some grid containers such as baskets, and put the selected litchi in, being careful not to put it too thick. It is suggested that the thickness should be within 10 cm, then put the basket in a cool place and sprinkle some water every morning and evening. This method can generally be stored for about 5 days, and it can be stored in low temperature places for about 10 days.
3 Store in a plastic bag. This method is similar to 1 above. First, we need to cut off the long litchi branches, and then put the litchi into a plastic bag, tie the bag tightly and put it in the shade. At the same time, the plastic bag containing litchi can be soaked in water, so that the color, fragrance and taste of litchi will not change after a few days.
4 put the wormwood into the container. This method uses wormwood to keep litchi fresh. In addition to wormwood, fresh mint or eucalyptus branches and leaves can be used to keep the color and appearance of the shell fresh. Spread a layer of fresh wormwood on the bottom of the container first, and then spread a layer of fresh wormwood on the surface of litchi. Sprinkle a little cold water or ice water every morning, noon and evening to keep litchi longer.
