The cholesterol content is relatively low. Eat in moderation: lean meat, beef, duck, chicken, mutton, fish and milk, and eat less fried foods, such as French fries, hamburgers and chicken wings.

Foods with high cholesterol: animal viscera, animal brain marrow, spinal cord, viscera and egg yolk (each egg yolk contains 250 ~ 300 mg of cholesterol).
