My hometown is located in Xi, Shaanxi, and it is a typical northern city. As a northern city, pasta is inevitable. Therefore, even in the Mid-Autumn Festival, we will make a special pasta for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Every Mid-Autumn Festival, every local household will make steamed buns, and the whole family will eat a steamed bun called "Reunion Steamed Bun" to show the meaning of Mid-Autumn Festival reunion.

"Reunion Steamed Bread" has two layers, with sesame seeds in the middle. At the top of the bun, a circle is extended from a big bowl, symbolizing the Mid-Autumn Festival night. There is a "stone" carved in the circle, on which stands a "little monkey" eating flat peaches.
