1. Pour the glutinous rice into a clean container, and then soak it in proper amount of water overnight.
2. Put the soaked glutinous rice into a rice cooker and steam it.
3. Steam the glutinous rice, cool it to about 30 degrees, then add the sweet distiller's yeast and water and stir well.
4. Put it in a bottle, seal it and put it in a warm place for fermentation for 36 hours.
