Pineapple Buns
Ingredients: 125g of high gluten flour, 18g of sugar, 1g of salt, 31g of milk, 13g of butter, 18g of egg wash
Yeast 1g
Pastry ingredients: 25g of butter, 30g of sugar, 10g of egg wash, 35g of low gluten flour
Practice:
1, Prepare the ingredients above. First, mix the pastry ingredients into a ball and put it in the refrigerator
2. Pour the liquid and yeast into the dough, then pour in the flour, and finally pour in the sugar and salt. Stick the sugar on the surface and put it into the mold. Put all of them into a continuous mold and use a spatula to print out the pattern on the surface
5. Put it into the oven to ferment until the pattern cracks
6. Preheat the oven in advance. 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes
7. Remove from the oven, shake the mold gently, and allow it to cool down.
