Chop beef with pepper
Practice:
1. Slice beef, twist black pepper, add a little chicken powder, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a little cornflour, and mix well. If you want it tender, you can add a little water, and slowly mix well (or ignore it), and then add a little oil to prevent sticking.
2. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add a little oyster sauce and soy sauce (chopped pepper: green pepper, millet and garlic are beaten into small grains)
4: Pour in beef, stir it with strong fire for a few times, and bring a little soy sauce along the side of the pot to serve.
