Steps
1. Mix the flour with lukewarm water to make a soft dough, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
2. Wash and chop the leek. Put them into a pot.
3. Add oil and five-spice powder.
4. Stir well and set aside.
5. Knead the dough well and divide into even sized portions.
6. Roll out all the dosage forms into a sheet of even thickness.
7. Heat a pan, put one of the dough sheets into it, then put the leek filling into the salt and sesame oil and mix well, then put it on the dough sheet and flatten it out, crack an egg into it.
8. Stir the egg well. Place another dough sheet on top and press the edges together.
