There are actually several ways to eat the fresh noodles in Nanjiecun. Let me introduce them to you.
The first is microwave heating. This is also a favorite method for many people. Take out the dough bag, tear a small opening, and heat it directly in the microwave. Then mix it in the box. This kind of noodles is more chewy.
The second is to soak in water and heat. This method is generally suitable for winter when the weather is relatively cold. Tear open the flour bag, pour it into the box, strain it with hot water and discard it. Or, soak the dough bag in water and heat it in the microwave. This is faster and easier, and the noodles will be more hydrated.
The third type is simpler. Take the dough bag and cover it with your hands, knead it, mix it with the seasoning and it’s ready to eat!
