Chief physician (CR)-This is often heard in teaching hospitals. It's the leader. Resident. It is responsible for arranging the schedules of all doctors and the time for patients to stay in hospital. Assist the attending doctor in handling things.
Resident (R for short)-mostly R 1 ~ R5. Residents should be trained in the hospital for 5 years. Assist the chief physician to deal with things.
Intern)-Assisting residents.
Trainee doctor-only ask the patient's medical history under the cover of the attending doctor.
Intern, a junior in medical college, can only watch and listen to the professor, but can't do it.
Interns, senior students in medical college, can do it by themselves and have the guidance of professors.
Intern, after graduation, worked as an intern in an outside hospital, but still could not judge the patient's condition and gave treatment guidelines.
Residents can judge the patient's condition and decide the treatment direction appropriately.
The attending physician can judge the patient's condition, be responsible for the patient's treatment direction and method, and make important decisions in this regard.
