Steamed meatballs
Today I made meatballs at home. Kids like this. But I did less. When I was a kid, I didn’t have anything to eat until the New Year’s Eve. Adults know kids will want to eat it. This dish is only served during New Year’s Eve dinner.
Ingredients: pork, sweet potato starch, green onions, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt.
Steps:
Step 1. Add pork and green onions. Increase fuel consumption. Add the minced ginger and stir well, stirring in one direction.
Step 2, then add sweet potato flour and stir. For the first time, add a little water to the sweet potato flour.
Step 3: Pour over the top and continue stirring, adding in three additions at a time. Add dry powder for the last time. Stir.

Step 7. Cook for ten minutes. That's it. There's one thing I don't want to touch. Just throw it in. Totally unsightly. So I still can’t be lazy.
