Transplanting reed seedlings from February to May, draining the water in the pond before transplanting, keeping the water depth in the pond at 7- 10cm and the height of reed seedlings at 20-30cm. When planting, the row spacing of seedlings is 10- 15cm, the plant spacing is 20-30cm, and the roots of seedlings are buried under the pond mud for 2-3cm. After planting reeds, 5-8kg of bean cake and15-22kg of vegetable cake are evenly sprinkled into water to be eaten as supplementary bait for loach, and the residue after eating loach can be used as fertilizer for reed growth;
3. From June to July every year, due to the high temperature, water is injected into the pond, and the water depth of the pond is kept at 15-30cm, so as to prevent reed seedlings from burning and dying due to the high water temperature. When the water is close to the water source, it can be changed regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. After September, the water level of the reservoir can be reduced to 10- 15cm due to the gradual decrease of temperature.
When planting reeds, every 2-5 plants are planted as a group, which can improve the recovery rate and increase the planting density. At the same time, because the loach moves underwater, it also avoids it.
Cutting off larger leaves before transplanting reed seedlings is beneficial to improve the survival rate of seedlings.
Before transplanting reed seedlings, soak them in 0.2- 1% rooting agent for 5 minutes to promote reed rooting and survival.
The seedlings selected in loach seedlings are 3-5cm long, which have good adaptability to the environment and fast growth.
