Tools/raw materials: pork stuffing 200g, grasshopper 200g, flour 300g, onion, ginger, yeast, spiced powder and soy sauce.
1. Wash grasshoppers, remove old roots and chop them.
2. Add yeast to flour, stir while adding water, knead into smooth dough, cover and ferment for 2 hours.
3. Add salt, spiced powder, soy sauce and sugar to the meat stuffing and stir well.
4. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, put them into the meat stuffing, and mix the grasshopper and the meat stuffing evenly.
5. Knead the dough into a cylinder and cut it into the same size.
6. Roll up the dough and add the meat stuffing.
7. Wrap the meat stuffing, wrap it in a meat bag and put it in the pot for 20 minutes. Then steam for 20 minutes, stew for a few minutes and then boil.
