Oolong tea contains a lot of tea polyphenols, which can improve the function of lipolytic enzyme, reduce the cholesterol content in blood, and have the functions of lowering blood pressure, antioxidation, anti-aging and cancer prevention. A recent study published in the Journal of Obesity pointed out that people who drink oolong tea regularly have lower body mass index and fat content than those who drink less. Moreover, women lose weight more effectively than men. This is because compared with black tea and green tea, oolong tea can not only stimulate the activity of lipolytic enzymes in the pancreas and reduce the absorption of sugar and fatty foods, but also accelerate the increase of body heat production, promote fat burning, and especially reduce the accumulation of abdominal fat.
First, oolong tea to lose weight:
Use oolong tea to lose weight, and drink a cup before and after three meals. It's best to drink hot tea without sugar. Moreover, don't drink it immediately after meals, and it is more appropriate to drink it every 1 hour. Drinking tea should also adapt to personal physique. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking tea, such as stomachache or insomnia, it is best to stop. When making tea, the water temperature should be controlled at about 80℃-90℃; The brewed tea should be drunk within 30-60 minutes, otherwise the nutrients in the tea will be oxidized.
Second, the beauty of oolong tea
Oolong tea can reduce serum neutral fat and cholesterol; The clinical experiment of delaying aging also suggests that oolong tea can improve SOD activity. It can be inferred that oolong tea probably has a certain health care effect on the skin. As indicators of healthy skin, the following can be cited, such as moist skin, elasticity, tension, good blood circulation and so on. What effects will fat metabolism and active oxygen removal have on skin health? We have further done the following experiments.
In order to find out whether the drinking of oolong tea is related to skin beauty, we selected 73 healthy China women aged 21~ 55 as subjects for clinical experiments. Let everyone drink 4g oolong tea every day, 2g each time in the morning and afternoon, for 8 weeks. Then observe the change of sebum amount and water retention capacity, and take the change amount as an index to measure the drinking effect.
1. detection of neutral fat content in sebum
After washing the face with soap, the subjects are not allowed to make up or touch the parts to be examined, and are required not to eat after breakfast. Wash your face for 4 hours and then take samples. The detection method is to stick 2×2cm degreased filter paper on the forehead of the detected object, add 100g pressure 1min and then sample. Then the neutral fat, the main component of sebum membrane, was determined and the changes of oolong tea before and after drinking were compared.
2 Changes of neutral fat content in sebum membrane
The change of neutral fat content in the sebum membrane before and after drinking oolong tea was 33.7μg/cm2, and decreased to 27.4μg/cm2 after the experiment, which was obviously reduced.
In order to further understand the utility of oolong tea, we divided the subjects into two groups according to the amount of sebum before the experiment, that is, the above-average group and the below-average group. As a result, the group with low sebum content was 17.2μg/cm2 and 18.5μg/cm2 before and after the experiment, respectively, showing no significant difference, while the group with high sebum content was 54. 5 before the experiment. This analysis shows that oolong tea does not simply reduce the sebum content after drinking, but has a greater effect on people with high sebum content than those with low sebum content, which indicates that oolong tea has the function of regulating the sebum content balance.
3. Water retention capacity of skin
The experiment further measured the water retention capacity of skin. Because the moisture content of skin is easily influenced by the external environment, the experiment adopts a room with a certain temperature and humidity, and it is measured after entering the room for 30 minutes. The part to be measured is the cheek. First, the skin moisture in the natural state is measured, and then distilled water is dripped on the same part, and then it is measured after wiping. After that, it shall be measured every 30s and recorded. After dropping distilled water on the skin, the stratum corneum first absorbs water temporarily, and then gradually dries with the passage of time, and the moisture decreases. Through its detection, we can know the water retention ability of skin. Water retention capacity is often expressed by "water retention rate". Water retention rate refers to the ratio of water content of skin after dripping 120s to water content in natural state (water retention rate (%) = water content after dripping 120s/water content in natural state × 100). The greater the water retention rate, the higher the ability to "seal" water in the stratum corneum. The water retention rates before and after this experiment were 122% and 137% respectively, and the water retention rate of skin increased after the experiment. In addition, similar to the analysis of the results of the above-mentioned sebum grouping experiment, we also divided the people whose water retention rate was lower than the average and higher than the average before the experiment into two groups for analysis and comparison. As a result, the water retention rate of the lower-than-average group was 94% before the experiment and increased to 129% after the experiment, indicating that the water retention capacity of the cuticle of the skin was obviously improved by drinking oolong tea.
The above experimental results show that drinking oolong tea for a long time can promote the balance of sebum and improve the water retention capacity of stratum corneum.
Third, activate autonomic nerves and reduce stress.
Oolong tea can improve the activity of autonomic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system, prevent overeating caused by excessive pressure, and try hard to eat because of anxiety, and help to lose weight.
Fourth, improve energy metabolism
In Japan, water, green tea and oolong tea were tested to improve the basic metabolic function. The results showed that water had no special effect, while green tea 1 hour could improve the metabolism of 4 calories, while oolong tea was the most, which could improve the metabolism of 9 calories!
And the efficacy of oolong tea can last for 5 hours, so 1 cup of 300c.c oolong tea can consume 40 calories (equivalent to walking fast 15 minutes and going up and down stairs 10 minutes).
1. Cancer Prevention1June, 1998 15 "Health News" (Reporter Zheng Yuanxiang) reported that not long ago, Han Chi, an associate researcher in the Toxicology and Chemistry Research Office of the Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, and her assistant Xu Yong conducted a cancer inhibition test of tea in animals. They fed rats five kinds of tea, such as Anxi Tieguanyin, and at the same time, they were fed synthetic carcinogen methyl carbazide gum with purity greater than 99.8%. After three months, the incidence of esophageal cancer in rats was 42-67%, and the average number of tumors in rats with cancer was 2.2-3. However, the incidence of esophageal cancer in rats who did not drink tea was 90%, and the average number of tumors in mice with cancer was 5.2. The five kinds of tea had the best anti-cancer effect in Anxi Tieguanyin. At the same time, they also conducted another experiment, that is, using sodium nitrite and methyl carrageenan as carcinogenic precursors. The results showed that none of the rats in the tea drinking group developed esophageal cancer, and the incidence rate in the tea drinking group was 100%. This result proves that tea can completely block the endogenous formation of nitrosgum in vivo.
2. Hypolipidemic 198 1 year. A male professor from Miyagawa Toyomami and Kawamura, Japan, conducted an experiment on the effect of oolong tea on animal fat metabolism, which proved that it could significantly inhibit the increase of cholesterol and neutral fat in blood. 1983, Fujian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine observed a group of patients with high blood cholesterol. Under the condition of stopping all kinds of lipid-lowering drugs, they drank oolong tea twice a day in the morning and afternoon, and after 24 weeks in a row, the blood cholesterol content of patients decreased to varying degrees. Further animal experiments show that oolong tea can prevent and alleviate the atherosclerosis of blood lipids in main arteries. Drinking oolong tea can also reduce blood viscosity, prevent erythrocyte aggregation, improve blood hypercoagulability, increase blood fluidity and improve microcirculation. This is important for preventing vascular diseases, intravascular thrombosis and traditional Chinese medicine? quot; Blood stasis "has positive significance. In addition, in vitro thrombosis test also shows that oolong tea has the effect of inhibiting thrombosis.
Anti-aging 1983, the anti-aging experiment conducted by Fujian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine showed that the lipid peroxidation in the liver of two groups of animals fed with oolong tea and vitamin E respectively decreased significantly, which showed that oolong tea had the same anti-aging effect as vitamin E. Human experiments also show that drinking oolong tea can keep the content of vitamin C in blood at a high level and reduce the excretion of vitamin C in urine, and the anti-aging effect of vitamin C has long been proved by research. Therefore, drinking oolong tea can enhance the anti-aging ability of human body in many ways. 1985 10 when professor Wang Zenong visited Anxi tea town, he wrote a poem, which highly summarized the health care efficacy of Anxi oolong tea: Anxi is as fragrant as Tieguanyin, and its longevity is prolonged by six roots. Huang Jingui, a newly selected famous tea, can be called a panacea to protect Dan's heart. Long-term service for thousands of years is beautiful, and it can cure all diseases and is light. The wonders of tea are inexhaustible, and the southern Fujian flavor is close to the old friends.
