Ingredients: pig head, spice bag, onion, ginger, cooking wine, rock sugar, dark soy sauce.
1. Put the pig head in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Then add the spice bag, green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to the pot, and then turn the heat to medium-low.
2. After the pig head is boiled, remove the bones, cut the pig head into small pieces and put it into the wok and stir-fry.
3. Stir-fry the pig head for a while, then add rock sugar and dark soy sauce.
4. After adding rock sugar and dark soy sauce, add water and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for about an hour, then remove and serve on a plate.
6. Place in the refrigerator to chill and take shape.
