Beer bottles are made of quartz sand.
The production process is roughly as follows: after the design is determined and the mold is manufactured, other auxiliary materials are added to melt into a liquid state at high temperature, and then injected into the mold, cooled, cut, and tempered to form a glass bottle.
Because beer contains organic ingredients such as alcohol, these organic substances are harmful to the human body. These organic substances will dissolve in plastic bottles and cause harm to the human body. Therefore, it is required that the bottles containing beer must withstand pressure and be able to keep fresh due to the special characteristics of beer. Therefore, beer bottles have good fresh-keeping properties and are pressure-resistant. Therefore, glass made of quartz sand is currently used.
