How to make mung bean soup
Materials
300g mung beans, 200g disose, 1500CC water
Method
1. Wash the mung beans, put them into cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. If there is hot water from a water dispenser, use hot water directly (it can also save about 5 minutes of boiling time);
2. After the water boils, cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 20- 25 minutes;
3. After simmering, turn on the heat again, add sugar and bring to a boil to dissolve.
