The logo user shall fulfill the following obligations during the validity period of the certificate:

2. Comply with the contract of the logo use and the related regulations, and standardize the use of the green food logo;

3. Actively cooperate with the people's governments at or above the county level for supervision and inspection by the competent department of agriculture and its green food logo use authority. If the logo user has any of the following circumstances, the China Green Food Development Center shall cancel its right to use the logo, withdraw the logo use certificate, and make a public announcement:

3. The annual inspection is unqualified;

The certificate of use of the green food label is valid for three years.

When the validity of the certificate expires and it is necessary to continue to use the Green Food Label, the user of the label shall submit a written application for renewal to the provincial working organization three months before the expiration of the validity period. Provincial agencies should be organized within forty working days to complete the relevant inspection, testing and material review. Preliminary examination of qualified, by the China Green Food Development Center within ten working days to make a decision on whether to grant the renewal. Permitted to renew, with the logo user to renew the contract for the use of green food logo, issued a new certificate of use of the green food logo and announcement; not renewed, written notice to the logo user and inform the reasons.

Logo user overdue application for renewal, or application for renewal was not passed, shall not continue to use the green food logo.
