Buckwheat rolls
Main ingredients
White flour? : 10g, buckwheat flour?
Accessories
Water: moderate, yeast: 2g, baking soda: 2g
Special Steps
1. All the ingredients are mixed well, and formed into a smooth dough, and placed in a warm place to ferment 2 times larger (the volume of the dough increased, the surface of the many small holes)
2. Cut the dough into even sized pieces
3. Knead all the pieces like dumplings
4. Roll all the pieces into equal sized rounds, stack them in groups of six as shown in the picture, and put a small strip of dough on top of the first one to make a flower core
5. Starting from the end where you put the dough for the flower core, roll up the stacked pieces of dough (as shown in the picture
). 6. Slightly pinch the center of the rolled up dough and cut it in the middle with a knife
7. Cut the flower shapes and arrange them into shapes, the rose shape is ready
8. After all the flower shapes are ready, put them into a steamer lined with a drawer cloth and allow them to rise for 10 minutes in a second time
9. Steam them in a pot of boiling water over high heat for 12 minutes, and then steam them in the steamer for 5 minutes
