Ingredients: 1 potato, 300g ribs.
Accessories: cooking wine 10g, edible oil 5ml, 3 dried peppers, 3 fragrant leaves, star anise 1, 3 garlic slices, 5g bean paste, 200ml water and 2g salt.
Step 1: Peel 1 potato, cut it into hob blocks, and prepare 300g ribs.
Step 2: Pour 1.5L water, 300g spareribs and 5g cooking wine into the pot, blanch the water to remove fishy smell and blood foam.
Step 3: Pour 5ml cooking oil, 3 dried peppers, 3 fragrant leaves, 1 star anise, 5g garlic slices, and stir-fry.
Step 4: Pour in the ribs, stir well, add 5g bean paste, 3g soy sauce, 5g cooking wine and 200ml water, and bring to a boil.
Step 5: Pour in 200g potato pieces and 2g salt, stir well, turn to low heat and cook until soft and rotten, and then take out the pot.
