Many people will choose to go to the barber shop to dye their hair. For middle-aged and elderly people, hair gradually turns white. In order to look younger and more attractive, many people dye their black hair, but some chemicals in hair salons may do harm to their health. Try to dye your hair with less chemicals. In fact, it is also possible to dye hair with Chinese medicine, which is safer and healthier. So how do you dye your hair with Chinese medicine?

1, traditional Chinese medicine hair dyeing method

Usage: Pour vinegar into a casserole, add Radix Rehmanniae Preparata powder, Rhizoma Bletillae powder and salt, stir over medium heat, keep heating for about 1 min, then turn off the heat, cover and stew for 15 min. Wash your hair with warm water and blow dry your hair while waiting. Put on disposable gloves, dip the hair dye brush with homemade hair dye, evenly spread it on your hair and knead it for a while. Then put on a shower cap and heat it with an electric hair cap 1 hour to promote the absorption of hair dye. Finally, take off the shower cap and wash your hair.

Steamed Radix Rehmanniae Preparata is pure black and can provide melanin. Rehmannia glutinosa nourishes kidneys and blood, and provides nutrition for scalp and hair. Bletilla striata is sticky and can promote the attachment of melanin in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata to hair.

This method, like other hair dyes, can't dye hair permanently, and new white hair needs to be dyed once a month.
