Operating materials: pork belly, beans, fine cut noodles, aniseed, pepper, minced garlic, ginger, onion, bean paste, soy sauce, oil consumption and sugar.
1. Pick the beans and break them. Put it in the microwave for 4 minutes, so that the beans will ripen quickly.
2, garlic minced, onion cut into small pieces, ginger sliced.
3, put oil in the pot, stir-fry pork belly, and then put onions, ginger, garlic (put half minced garlic, chopped green onion, put the other half when the pot). Add pepper aniseed and stir fry. Add beans and continue to stir fry. Stir-fry the beans until they are half cooked, pour in soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar, stir-fry for a while, and add less than one centimeter of water to the beans.
4. After the soup is boiled, taste it, put the bean paste, and pour out half of the soup. The remaining soup is not half of the beans.
5. Mix the oil on the cut surface, then evenly spread it on the beans, cover the pot and start stewing. Don't go away. When the soup is dry, pour half of the soup just poured out along the edge of the pot, so that the soup is added twice. It takes about ten minutes for the noodles to be cooked.
6. Before taking the pot, pour the remaining garlic and chopped green onion into the pot, pour a circle of oyster sauce and mix well.
7. Be careful not to burn the pot during the whole process. Mix the beans and noodles well before eating. Sweet, out of the pot!
