"Eat three dates a day, and you will never get old", a folk proverb has been circulating in Yiwu for a long time. Nanzhao is a precious product unique to Yiwu. During the Qianlong period, it was once listed as a tribute, so it was also called "Guo Jing". The first episode of China Famous Products records that "the best jujube in the south of the Yangtze River is Nanzao in Yiwu, Zhejiang". Nanzhao made of "Shuang Ren Jujube" has thick pulp, black and shiny, clear and fine patterns, sweet taste and rich nutrition, and contains many ingredients, such as sugar, starch, protein, vitamins, tannins, nitrates and tartaric acid. The sugar content of fresh jujube is 10-36%, and the content of vitamin C is 90- 120 times higher than that of apple, pear and peach, and more than that of orange, orange and lemon. It has the effects of invigorating spleen, calming stomach qi, moistening heart and lung, relieving cough, nourishing five internal organs and treating deficiency. It is one of the traditional famous brand export commodities in Zhejiang Province. As it has been exported to Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia, the demand exceeds the supply.
Jujube is also called golden silk amber jujube. Yiwu's reputation as "the hometown of brown sugar" has a long history. Brown sugar, also known as Yiwu Qing, won a special prize at 1929 West Lake Expo. It is a famous local product in bulk in Yiwu. Bean curd skin was first produced in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, and it was a delicious dish in the court at that time. It is jade in color, greasy as fat, thin as paper, dry and hygienic. Yuba is yellow and bright, shaped like a gold bar, easy to store and cook, and is called "golden branch and jade leaf yuba". Bean curd skin and yuba are mainly produced in Lintan, Chen Da, Dong Tang, Xinxin and Humen, with an annual output of about 654.38+0.5 million tons. In addition to selling well in this province, it is also exported to Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Gansu, Fujian, Guangdong and other provinces and cities.
White wine, top wine
As a famous local famous wine, there is a record of "white wine" in "Wild Guest Collection" written by Zhu Danxi, a famous doctor in Yuan Dynasty. Its color is heavy jujube, its luster is like amber, it is fragrant and mellow, soft and refreshing, and the cup does not overflow, leaving a thick liquid in the cup after drinking. Bai Zi Liquor won the Special Award of the International West Lake Expo, the Silver Award of the First National Food Expo and the Gold Award of the First Zhejiang Food Expo with 1929, 1988 and 1993. The selection of white wine is very particular. The traditional brewing method uses pure white glutinous rice, brewed with winter water, squeezed in March-May of the following year, and put into storage for 3 years. Huashan pear
