1. Kiwifruit pulp.
2. Add a little cold water to the kiwi fruit and put it into a blender to stir it into mud. Pour into the pot, add lemon juice and cook for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
3. Add half the sugar to the egg yolk until it swells and turns white. Boil the milk until it is slightly boiling, turn off the heat, slowly add it to the egg yolk paste and stir well. Add whipped cream and the other half of sugar to make it moist.
4. Mix the puree, yolk paste and whipped cream, and put them into an ice cream machine to stir for 30 minutes.
5. Ice cream balls can be sprinkled with dried fruits and chocolate sauce according to their own preferences.
