Steps:

2. Dried radish can be folded in half and become tough.
3. Add 80 grams of Pixian bean paste. 15 grams of white sugar.
4. Wear gloves and pinch with your hands vigorously for more than 10 minutes. You may feel water leaching out during the process.
5. Bake it on the heater for two days. If you feel the taste is light, you can add an appropriate amount of salt or chili powder.
