Overview of Yongyang Town
The original name of Yongyang Town was "Caoshi", and it was changed to Yongyang in the fifth year of Jiayou in the Song Dynasty, namely 1060. Founded nearly a thousand years ago, it is one of the four ancient towns in Ji 'an. Yongyang Town is located in the southwest of Ji 'an County and is known as the "South Gate" of Ji 'an County. It is connected with Dunhou Town and hengjiang town in the east, Taihe County in the south, Zhiyang Township and Ao Town in the west, and Antang Township and Denglong Township in the north.
